Typhoon Haiyan – Philippines: Listen To CARE's Sandra Bulling Talk About The Situation

Sandra Bulling, CARE International Emergency Communications Officer
Today, we were able to reach CARE’s emergency coordination officer Sandra Bulling. While visiting a small village 30 kilometers from Tacloban, city of 200,000 people wiped out by the typhoon, Sandra took a minute to talk to us by satellite phone.

Click on the questions below to hear Sandra's answers:

1.)  Where are you currently and what is the situation on the ground?

2.) What do people need most right now?

3.) Has aid been getting through and if yes, how?

4.) How does CARE provide emergency relief?

5.) How does the coordination between humanitarian organizations work?

6.) For you personally, what was the most striking impression so far?
